Cecily Legler Strong has been an extremely popular American actress, comedian, and a member of the cast for Saturday Night Live. After attending an improv workshop in the age of 9 and began her acting career. It was her initial intention to be a professional actor but she soon realized that her real passion is comedy. After that, she shifted her focus to doing in improv. Her first gig was on cruise ships with fellow performers from Second City Conservatory and iO Chicago. Strong continued to appear at large-scale events like Chicago Sketch Fest, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, New York Sketchfest as well as Virgin Daiquiri The all-female improv troupe. She became famous in 2012 after she appeared at the end of "Saturday Night Live" in the season 39. She was a cast member, co-anchoring Weekend Update with Seth Meyers in the beginning, and Colin Jost later. Cecily's most defining moment in the show was in the episode "The Girl You Wish You Never started a conversation with at a Dinner Party'. That same year she also released her debut film the release of a short movie titled "How to sponsor a Uterus'.
