Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. In the year 17 she was awarded her Professional Card one year later. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her college education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance to get her degree from college. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro was held in the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. Warming up is usually done first, followed by the actual training. Ariel uses her time efficiently. One way to achieve this is to superset her back exercises. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
